Origin

The Japanese temple tree or “ginkgo biloba” has been known for centuries in China, where the leaves are infused to make the “tea of eternal youth.” This ancient tree was introduced to our regions very early on as an ornamental tree. The Japanese temple tree enjoys the sad fame of being one of the few species to have survived the atomic boom on Japan during World War II. Thanks to its resistance to pollution, this plant is ideally suited to urban areas.

Recommended dose

For maintenance: 1 to 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening 30 minutes before meals.
