Origin

It is grown just about everywhere in the world, especially in temperate zones, both for the fruit itself and for making wine. This woody plant, with its beautiful red or greenish-yellow fruits, is usually planted in endless fields. Wine lees are what remains of the fruit after the grape bunches have been pressed to extract the juice.

Active ingredients

Wine lees consist of gummy mucilage, flavones, anthocyanins and catechinic tannins. Resveratrol is typically found in grapes.

For maintenance: 1 to 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening 30 minutes before meals.

Possible side effects

With some liver problems, some gastrointestinal disorders may happen that disappear when we reduce the doses. Some sensitive individuals may notice a slight increase in nervousness, probably eight due to the tonic effect of the plant, but this usually disappears after a few days.
