User Manual

Take with meals. The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet, nor for a healthy lifestyle.

Follow your doctor’s advice regarding dosage and duration.

Starting dosage: 3 capsules/day with meals for 3 to 6 weeks. Thereafter, the dosage can be reduced to 2 capsule/day to maintain the joints in good condition.

Precautions:

Perniso is generally well tolerated. A slight, usually temporary, digestive disturbance may occur. Taking it with a meal can prevent this.

Perniso contains no protein. Thus, an allergic reaction to mussels is unlikely.
